Terms and Conditions

1. When you place an order with Naughtypawz we will send you a confirmation of your order via email. By placing your order you allow us to use your email address in order to contact you for this purpose and make you aware of any future offers. If you do not wish to receive any further offers or emails from us please reply to this initial email stating so. In this case we may still need to email you for status on any placed order. We will not under any circumstances release your email details to any third party.

2. If a product you order is not available, we will contact you to advise you of the expected stock date and/or offer you an alternative product or refund.

3. It is your responsibility to ensure all of your details are entered correctly when placing an order. We can not accept any responsibility due to lack of delivery resulting from inadequate or inaccurate information you have input. Your order may be cancelled without notice in this instance.

4. Orders are dispatched on the day of order for any order placed before 1pm. Orders after this time will be dispatched the following day. Delivery will be with Royal Mail for all orders less than 2kg in weight, and by courier for all orders above this weight. All orders should be received within 3 days under normal circumstances. We do not dispatch on weekends or UK Bank Holidays.

5. You are responsible for taking delivery of your order and www.naughtypawz.co.uk cannot be held responsible for any items left on or near your premises at your request or if no one is available to sign for the order.

6. All personal information you enter when placing an order, if held will be done so in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

7. No order will be dispatched until payment is cleared. We al accept al major credit and debit cards online through our secure process.To pay by cheque please contact us by email for the postal address at xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. Cheques will only be accepted from UK banks or building societies and must be accompanied by a guarantee card.

8. We will make every effort to ensure www.naughtpawz.co.uk if fully operational at all times but cannot be held responsible if the site is not available or if you have problems using the site. If you are experiencing ongoing problems please contact us directly on 01438 211671 and we will aim to help.

9. If you choose to return any items to us we may reclaim the full cost of postage before any monies are refunded.

10. You must ensure you use any products your order in a sensible manner and for the manufactures intended purpose following any guidelines where available. We cannot be held responsible for and loss or damage resulting in wrongful use.

11. Www.naughtypawz.co.uk is now a VAT registered business so VAT will be added to your final bill.

12. We work hard to ensure that all prices are accurate, if for any reason there is an error on pricing of any item you order we will contact you to advise of this and offer you the chance to resubmit at the correct price. In this instance you will have the right to cancel your order if you wish. If we are unable to make contact with you your order will automatically be cancelled.

13. You have the right to cancel any order before we have dispatched it and up to 14 days after placing the order as long as goods are returned unopened and in the original packaging. We may recover the full shipping costs before any refund is given. We suggest you return all goods by recorded delivery as we cannot take any responsibility for them until they arrive back with us. If an item is returned and after inspection is found to be faulty, you will receive a full refund on postage as well as the item if requested at the time of return.

14. The prices show on www.naughtpawz.co.uk do not include postage. The postage price will be calculated for you by the website prior to finalising your order.

15. Any discrepancies must be reported to us by email within 48 hours of receiving your order.

16. This website is subject to copyright and you may not reproduce or use any part of it including pictures, descriptions or other information without prior written consent.

17. Terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Please note no animal should be left unattended with any toy.
